This fund is set up to support the lung foundation to find a cure for Pulmonary Fibrosis. The fibrosis results in the lungs getting scars which would result in the lungs not being able to to take oxygen from the air and passing this effectively to the blood. The Fibrosis can be managed but a cure is yet to be discovered. It is also not known why in so many instances people get this disease. As our dad would often say only 1 in every 10,000 people suffer from this. Thank you for making our dad's life and our memories of him so special.
